landlordconnect.ca offers a free vacancy listing and support for landlords who rent affordable market units and are interested in working with housing help services in Toronto.
Each unit you fill through landlordconnect.ca is affiliated to a housing worker who works for a non-profit agency in the city. The housing worker acts as a third party to assist in keeping tenants housed. Housing workers have access to supports and specialty funds and will assist both the tenant and landlord if problems arise.
